The last page of quotations is not illustrated. It is a reminder that all of these wonderful statements about ourselves are conditional upon our own efforts. We are wonderful and worthy, but we also have work to do.

I particularly like the fact that pages are perforated, so you can remove pages when needed. It also comes in two sizes, depending on how much you like to write. The only difference between the two is that the spine is a little thicker on the 200-page version, so I didn’t repeat the pictures of the inside.
