These high-quality mugs and water bottle are custom printed when you order them. They will be shipped directly from the printer, separately from the rest of your order, so you will see a separate shipping charge for them in your cart. They can take up to two weeks, but usually arrive much sooner. They are not returnable unless they are defective.
