With a one-inch tolerance on the size, I always recommend sizing up.
If the baby isn’t born yet, and you don’t know what size it is going to be, play it safe and get a 12-month size or larger. They can always grow into a bigger size, but won’t shrink. I was tempted to delete the two smaller sizes, but there really are babies that small.
